BACKGROUND
Agency for Promoting Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI), is alocal NGO formed on the 18th-August-1994
CHARACTER
The agency is an Indigenous, voluntary, non governmental, non elicit, non political, non religious, non racial, non sectarian and are district wide organization.

MOTTO

The agency's motto is, "Wish within Reach"

VISION
"A world in which every body has a fair share of Resources"
MISSION

"ASDI is committed to reducing poverty and its causes in Apac District by promoting good governance, increasing access to income, information and innovation for partner groups and the more vulnerable among the local communities".

The Building housing ASDI, Located on plot 11, Republican street (Behind the Boma Ground), Apac Town.

Activities at The Agency

The Agency as an NGO has two class of activities. These are:-
Income generating i.e. those geared towards sustainability of the Organisation
Those that are aimed at providing services to the community in a bid to fullfilling its' Mission and Objectives (Ref to The Background)
These activities are divided under different departments which inlude:-
